Better Email, One Indicator at a Time

We're working on a couple of big product and Streak announcements that we can't wait to share with you. Stay tuned! Right now, we're really excited to announce an upgrade to the available 'inbox indicators'. Streak will now show you not just where a box is in your process, but who is assigned to that box. Previously, your inbox might have looked something like this:


Neat! You can see Jane's message is attached to a box. The name of box is "Ambarella - 3984", the stage is "New" and the name of the pipeline is "Orders". Streak gives you instant context right from your inbox so that we can save you time and clicks. Let's make those indicators even better:


In this example, because Nikola Tesla is assigned to Jane's box, his Google profile photo is displayed in our inbox. Note that all four of these inbox indicators can be used 'mix and match'. This indicator will help you understand not just the context of your incoming mail, but will help you to quickly answer the question: Of all of my incoming messages, which do I need to read and address immediately?

Here are just a few of the ways we're excited to see the new indicators make your life easier:

• If you work on a Support team, use 'assigned to' indicators to know, at a glance, who is responsible for any given message in your shared support@ inbox.
• If you work in a collaborative Sales or Deal Flow environment, use 'assigned to' indicators to prioritize your deals first.
